A Missouri mom risked losing custody of her daughter by uploading a Facebook video in which she eggs on two toddlers to beat each other up.
The smaller girl, wearing only a diaper, is reportedly the woman’s daughter.
“Ball up some fists!” the mother’s voice says in the background. “Y’all better hit back!” Both children cry for most of the clip’s 58 seconds.
The video came to light after a second woman, a Facebook friend, notified a St. Louis Fox affiliate.
“It’s like she’s training her before she starts school or something,” the friend, who requested anonymity, said. “It’s sickening that these kids are learning how to fight.”
The news station gave the clip to Missouri Department of Social Services, which has a policy against commenting on ongoing investigations. The woman has not yet been charged with a crime.
