Thursday, March 5, is World Book Day, a time to celebrate your favorite literature and prove to people that you haven’t forgotten how to read. But what’s the point of having copious amounts of reading material if you don’t store them in a beautiful, orgasm-inducing way?
Much like food porn, bookshelf porn is a celebration of awe-inspiring book storage. There’s even an entire website devoted to it, and Pinterest users don’t have to look hard to find sexy shelves. Gone are the days of having a simple bookcase, with volumes color-coded or arranged alphabetically. There needs to be far more thought and care put into the art of book arranging.
