In October, former Crystal Castles band member Alice Glass said that the band’s co-founder Ethan Kath has abused her for years, in a statement she released on her personal website. Now, she has the court documents to back it up and is prepared to swear under oath.
After Kath sued Glass for defamation as a reaction to her claims, Glass has filed a declaration in court in response, according to documents obtained this week by TMZ.
TMZ said that in the documents, Glass reiterates the statement she initially released that said Kath abused her while they performed together and dated in the 2000s and early 2010s. Glass alleges Kath raped her when she was around 15 years old and continued to abuse and sexually assault her during their time together.
Additionally, Glass alleges that Kath abused other women, whom Glass heard from after she released her statement. All three women filed criminal complaints against Kath, which prompted an investigation of him by the Toronto Police Services.

Individuals on Twitter also shared troubling stories about Kath, while others voiced their support for Glass.
I acted in a Crystal Castles video + Ethan Kath was a nightmare + crazy controlling of Alice Glass – everyone on the set was scared of his obsessive control over Alice.

Kath continues to deny Glass’ allegations.
