The half-man from Two and a Half Men has found God and forgotten how to promote his TV show, according to a testimonial video being hosted by Seventh-Day Adventist YouTube program The Forerunner Chronicles.

“I’m on Two and a Half Men, and I don’t want to be on it,” show co-star Angus T. Jones, who plays Jake Harper, told Forerunner host Christopher Hudson. “Please stop watching it and filling your head with filth.

“People say it’s just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch.”

The video, presented in two parts, details Jones’ upbringing in Christian communities before getting reeled into the Two and a Half Men camp, a cesspool of “filth” and Charlie Sheen that surely did nothing to help the young chap grow up thinking there was a right way besides God’s way.

Of course, that all came after a few years in which he did a lot of acid and thought that the drug could change the world.

The rest is a whole roll-on of religious doctrine and proclamation. It rambles for 30 minutes and cuts out and changes scenes relentlessly—who knows what subliminal messages have come from the editing work—but it’s pretty clear at this point that the long-running CBS show is about to lose its second star in two years.

As you’ll surely remember, it was in late 2010 that Charlie Sheen booked a room a similar cultural reservation and never came back. The big difference between the two was that Jones’s involves God and the church and Sheen’s involved porn star Bree Olson and a chopped-up mountain of cocaine.

Truth is, it’s probably best that Jones has lost interest in lighting the Two and a Half Men anyway. After all, the boy is now 19—technically, two and a half is now up to three.
