There’s something better on earth than a Firey plush, but at the moment we can’t recall what it is.
In case you haven’t seen Labyrinth since you were a kid, Firey is one of those dudes that dances along with Jareth for his “Magic Dance” number. You may not have noticed them if you were mesmerized by Bowie’s codpiece at the time.
As you may also recall, Sarah escapes Firey and friends by pulling off its head and limbs. You can also do that with the Firey plush from ThinkGeek, which is utterly delightful. He is part of a line of officially licensed Labyrinth merchandise (we showed you the plushes of the worm and Ludo last week).
At 12 inches tall, Firey is a big plush too. He costs a bit more than the other plushes from the film ($34.99) but we’d say it’s well worth it. Labyrinth fans have been hungry for merch forever. We only had to wait 30 years for it, but it’s finally here!
