President Donald Trump, who will run for a second term, is already musing about what will be in his post-presidential memoir, according to a new report.
The Daily Beast reports that Trump has been talking about a tell-all memoir that would bash his political rivals and even people within his own administration. In essence, it appears that Trump’s potential memoir could serve as a counter to the numerous unflattering books that have been published since the early days of his presidency.
“He sounded excited about it,” a source who heard the president talk about his potential memoir told the news outlet. “He said it would sell better than even The Art of the Deal.”
While it’s not unexpected for a president to write a book following his time in office, people online quickly reacted to the news—with many mocking what its contents would be and dreaming up sarcastic titles for it.
Regardless of the jokes online, Trump’s eventual post-presidency memoir will likely sell quite a bit of copies.
