Adult film actress Stormy Daniels says she will return the $130,000 President Donald Trump‘s personal lawyer gave her as hush money to not discuss their relationship in exchange for the ability to speak up about it, according to a new report.

Daniels’ lawyer wrote a letter to Michael Cohen, Trump’s lawyer, that she would send the money to an account that Trump chose by Friday, the New York Times reports. Cohen reportedly paid Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about the affair ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

The Times reports that her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, set a deadline of noon on Tuesday for Cohen to answer.

If the agreement is signed, Daniels would be able to speak about their alleged relationship and publish any “text messages, photos and/or videos relating to the President that she may have in her possession, all without fear of retribution and legal liability for damages,” according to the letter.

Last week Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, sued Trump to release her from the non-disclosure agreement regarding her alleged relationship with the now-president.

Details about their affair, which is said to have happened in 2006, have been trickling out, including the possibility of Trump asking her to spank him with a copy of Forbes magazine and the revelation that the president is afraid of sharks.

Reports suggest that Trump’s lawyers are discussing how they could block the airing of a 60 Minutes interview with Daniels. The letter sent to Cohen also would allow for the interview to air, according to the newspaper.
