Nikki Haley and Donald Trump Jr. fired back after Hillary Clinton read an excerpt from 'Fire & Fury' during the Grammys.

Hillary Clinton made a surprise video appearance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, joining other actors to “audition” to read for the audiobook of Fire & Fury: Inside The Trump White House.

Clinton joined other entertainers like Snoop Dogg and Cher in reading a line or two from the book. Specifically, Clinton read a line about Trump’s affinity for McDonald‘s because he has a long-standing fear of being poisoned.

While the joke surely drew some laughs, members of President Donald Trump’s administration and his family apparently didn’t appreciate the humorous skit.

United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley said Clinton and others reading lines from the book, which was at the center of controversy for weeks, “ruined the Grammys” on Twitter.

But Haley wasn’t the only one within Trump’s orbit who thought the Fire & Fury skit wasn’t funny.

Donald Trump Jr. weighed in, declaring that reading a “#fakenews book excerpt” was a “great consolation prize for losing the presidency.”

Those two weren’t the only took issue; across the board, conservatives were bothered by the anti-Trump tone of the show.

But both Trump. Jr and Haley have some specific not-so-pleasant feelings about Fire & Fury.

In the book former White House adviser Steve Bannon called Trump Jr.’s meeting with a Russian lawyer in 2016 “treasonous” and said Special Counsel Robert Mueller would “crack Don Junior like an egg on national TV.” Bannon’s comments led to a very public falling out with the Trump administration.

As for Haley, the book has led to rumors that she was having an affair with Trump—something she called “highly offensive” and “disgusting” during a recent interview with Politico.
