Well, this is awkward.

With the presidential election coming down to the wire, Hillary Clinton sat down with Zach Galifianakis for a mock interview that covered all the hot-button issues of 2016, from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal to emails.

Introduced as “Hillary Clinton, had pneumonia,” the Democratic nominee wriggled through a series of dicey questions that define the uncomfortable goodness that is Between Two Ferns.

“As secretary, how many words per minute could you type?” Galifianakis asked of the former secretary of state. “And how does President Obama like his coffee, like himself? Weak.” (Obama appeared on Between Two Ferns in 2014.)

“You know, Zach, those are really out of date questions,” Clinton responds.

Turning the conversation to Republican nominee Donald Trump, Galifianakis asked, “When you see how well it works for Donald Trump, do you ever think to yourself, ‘Oh, maybe I should be more racist?’”

Later, Clinton says that she will not move to Canada if Trump becomes president. Instead, she will “stay in the United States” to “try to prevent him from destroying the United States.”

When Galifianakis wonders whether that means Clinton will “lead the civil war,” Clinton says she will not “take up arms” because that would be “extreme.”

“Oh right,” Galifianakis responds, “because you were saying before we were rolling that you wanted to take everyone’s guns.”

Asked what she thinks Trump will wear during the first presidential debate on Monday, Clinton said she expects to see his “red power tie.”

“Or maybe like a white power tie,” Galifianakis deadpans. To which Clinton responds, “That’s even more appropriate.”
