Memoto: Capturing life every 30 seconds

The Memoto is perfect for taking random photos every 30 seconds to capture something cool. In fact, that’s the selling feature of the camera—it takes a photo every 30 seconds automatically, so you don’t have to manually press a button. Come to look at it, there’s no button on the camera. Back to the camera, it has a 5-megapixel sensor with 8GB of onboard storage and a LED indicator to keep you alert on the battery life. Memoto can take two days of pictures without a recharge. After the photos are taken, they get uploaded to an online subscription service with a $5/monthly price.

Memoto is a Kickstarter project that has already raised $240K+ with 36 days to go and a $50K goal to beat. The camera will eventually retail for $279. Kickstarter pledgers can grab one for $199 with a year of free subscription service.
