Hailey Closson is a former Daily Dot FOIA intern. She is a Journalism and English student at the University of Maryland and has interned at the Baltimore Sun, worked for Capital News Service, the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism, the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion coordinator for her student paper, the Diamondback.
