In a followup post on Tuesday, however, Smith announced his plans to “get in the best shape of” his life.

Sharing yet another photo of himself, this time in only underwear, Smith blamed frequent “grazing thru the pantry” during the pandemic for his current state.

“This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing through the pantry,” he wrote. “I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better.”

The action star went on to reveal that he teamed up with YouTube in order to get his “health & wellness back on track.”

“No more midnight muffins… this is it!” he added. “Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!!”

It remains unclear whether Smith will document his transformation on his personal YouTube channel or as part of a special documentary with the platform.

Few have any doubts that Smith will accomplish his goal. The actor is no stranger to drastically changing his physical appearance, having gained significant muscle mass for his role as Muhammad Ali in 2001, among others.
