A Subway worker on TikTok filmed a customer’s unusual sandwich order, which included an immense amount of creamy sriracha sauce.
Summer Dawn, aka @immommyanddaddy2 on TikTok, recently shared the video showing a Subway employee making someone’s order. In the video, a customer asks an employee to “drown my sandwich” until it’s “oozing” in the bright orange sauce.
The customer is leaning over the counter watching as the employee douses the sub.
“Yes, more. More,” the customer says, almost moaning. After a couple of seconds, and some firm bottle squeezes, the customer finally says: “All right, that’s good,” right before adding, “Actually, a little more.”
Finally, the customer gives a stamp of approval, saying, “That is good enough.”
“I hope this customer doesn’t see this,” the TikToker captioned the video.
The video has been viewed over 5.7 million times and liked more than 1 million times since being posted on Friday. Over 16,000 people have commented on the video, drawing attention to the sexual nature of the order, the customer’s bravery, and even its ethicality.
“Her vibe reminds me of lemon grab from adventure time,” one commenter said. I see it.
“This just has to be Florida,” another person said.
Others speculated the video “has to be a joke” and “can’t be real.”
Many users wondered if the situation was sexual for the customer from the way she ordered, though there’s nothing to support that claim.
“I low key think she gettin’ off,” one person said, while another called it “an odd kink.”
The sauce with a side of sub, as many people called it, also had people point out whether it was problematic to be laughing at a person who is just ordering their food.
“Ok but now 200-plus people are making fun of this person who is literally just ordering a sandwich and being themselves, not hurting anyone,” one person commented.
“Let them enjoy it,” another urged.
One viewer theory claimed the customer was going to take the sub home and scrape the sauce into a container, which is clever. Dawn, the person who posted the video, responded to a comment saying the “whole bottle of sauce was gone” after that.
Whether it was a prank or not has not been made clear, despite many commenters wondering.
