Future service dog sits for his caricature at Disneyland

There are few things more distracting than all the sights and sounds of Disneyland. That apparently makes it an ideal setting for service dogs receiving obedience and socialization training.

Enter Yahoo, a puppy from Canine Companions for Independence, a nonprofit that trains and provides assistance dogs to people with disabilities. He spent the day at Disneyland on Friday and practiced his patience by having his caricature drawn.

“Based on that photo, Yahoo is practicing basic obedience commands as he waits for his photo [to be] taken,” a spokesperson for Canine Companions told BuzzFeed. “That’s a perfect training and socialization for one of our dogs to get used to waiting and sitting at attention.”
