In a new video posted on the messaging platform Telegram, Proud Boy Paul Miller threatens a Black man while yelling racial slurs from across a parking lot in Florida. Miller, an openly racist and anti-Semitic activist and streamer, posted the video to Telegram before it spread to Twitter on Thursday night.

“Get the fuck out of here you piece of shit,” Miller yells in the video. “I can kick your fucking ass all over the street. Now you’re not so fucking tough now right?”

In the clip, Miller stands among other men in the parking lot, and they encourage each other to yell at the Black man walking near them. As the video spread across Twitter, users quickly identified the area as Pop’s Fish Market in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

“What is it, [N-word]?” Miller yells in the video clip. “What did you say? You have the wrong neighborhood. How do we kick your fucking ass right now? How about we kick your ass right now? How about we beat your fucking ass right now? You are real fucking tough, you fucking [N-word].”

Miller is not a new face of controversy or racist behavior. He’s associated with the Proud Boys, the far-right, male-only political group focused on political violence and disruption,

After being banned from Instagram for offensive content, Miller began posting under the username GypsyCrusader on Telegram due to the platform’s looser community guidelines.

During a Black Lives Matter rally in May, Miller reportedly wore a “Boogaloo” mask and told protesters, “They don’t have a right to protest,” according to Know Your Meme.

On Twitter, users pointed out that Miller seemed empowered to threaten the man walking alone because he was with a group of other men. One user said Miller was acting “like a little bitch, easy to act tough when you have backup.”

Users also noted that, unfortunately, this kind of behavior is unsurprising and not as rare as many people think. As the video circulated on Twitter, other videos of Miller and pictures of his face were posted online to connect his image with the actions in the video.

“The antagonist runs his mouth, videos it, posts it, but doesn’t show his face. Who’s the ‘tough’ guy?” one user wrote.

In another video posted to Twitter in November, Miller Nazi-salutes a young boy as they discuss their shared hatred of the LBGTQ community. The video was taken in October on Omegle, an online chat room that connects strangers, and resurfaced as people linked the Telegram video to his previous behavior.
