Gamers all over the the world are taking inspiration from a streamer on Twitch. That on it’s own isn’t entirely unusual. But what makes this gamer is special is not necessarily his gaming itself, but the way he does it: He plays through and Warcraft with only his mouth.
Meet Ken Worrall.
Worrall was a construction worker who was in a terrible accident that paralyzed him from the neck down. He immediately fell into a deep depression. Then one of his nurses introduced him to the game Diablo and a contraption that lets him control the game with his mouth. He ended up playing the game. A lot.
Once Worrall started streaming on Twitch, he was met with overwhelming support from gamers around the world. Twitch chat rooms can often be filled with trolls, but Worrall’s has to be one of the nicest we’ve ever seen.
The video below was made by Worrall’s son to give his viewers a glimpse into his life. Poking a little bit of fun at his situation, he refers to himself as No Hands Ken on Twitch and Twitter.
The Internet responded in another way we’re not always used to seeing: Overwhelming support, and admiration.
This guy is so damn nice! I can’t hold in all these feels he’s giving me and rest of chat! Truly an inspiration! https://t.co/DzcCL7TkW7

With the recent surge in support, Twitch has made Worrall a partner. Just like on YouTube, being a partner means that he’ll now receive a portion of revenue from ads that gets played before his videos load. Worrall’s now trying to raise funds to go to Blizzcon, Blizzard’s annual games conference. With the amount of attention he’s getting, we wouldn’t be surprised to see him there.
