Here’s what you need to know.

The third round of debates among Democrats vying for the party’s nomination for president in 2020 will take place tonight.

Unlike past debates, there will not be two nights of candidates on stage. Stricter polling requirements forced half of the remaining candidates off the roster, leaving just 10 candidates to duke it out.

Here’s what you need to know about the third 2020 Democratic debate, hosted by ABC News.

What time is the third 2020 Democratic debate?

The debate will take place at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.

It starts at 7pm CT and is expected to end at 10pm CT.

Which candidates are in this debate?

The third 2020 Democratic debate will feature ten of the highest-polling candidates. ABC News says the candidates will have one minute and 15 seconds for answers to questions, with 45 seconds for rebuttals and responses to other candidates.

The candidates will have opening statements, but not closing statements.

Here’s who is participating:

Several notable 2020 candidates did not make the cut including: Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii), former Rep. John Delaney, author Marianne Williamson, and Mayor Bill de Blasio, among others.

Candidates needed to poll at 2 percent or more in four recognized national polls released from June 28 and August 28 and must have received 130,000 unique donors with a minimum of 400 unique donors per state in at least 20 states, according to ABC News.

How to watch the third 2020 Democratic debate

The debate will air on ABC News and Univision.

It will also livestreamed by ABC News on its apps on Roku, Hulu, Amazon Fire, Apple News, Facebook, Twitter, Apple TV and on the news organization’s website.
