Bang Bros has lived long enough to watch its enemies burn.
The pornographic production company announced yesterday that it has purchased PornWikiLeaks.com, a website dedicated to doxing porn performers, who often choose to use stage names. Bang Bros claims the site had doxed over 15,000 performers.
Not only did the site include the real names of performers, but it often added other personal information such as addresses, social media platforms, and the names of family members.
Bang Bros immediately shuttered the site following the purchase. The home page is now a message from Bang Bros excoriating the past practices of PornWikiLeaks.com. The statement calls the site “a resource for hate, lies, and sensitive information.”
The production company also included a link to a video of the site’s hard drives being set on fire. At the time of publishing, the video has more than 20,000 views.
In the statement, Bang Bros assured its industry peers, “If you had anything ever posted on here, it will be removed and deleted forever from here. Nothing will ever be up here besides this page that you see now. So you don’t have to worry about it coming back either.”
