As of this writing on Wednesday morning, Dr Disrespect hasn’t actually streamed. But his Twitch chat is bubbling over with excitement.

More than a week after streaming star Dr Disrespect was banned from Twitch, there’s still no indication when he’ll return to the platform. And it’s making some of his fans nervous.
Dr Disrespect, whose real name is Guy Beahm and who has 3.5 million followers, was punished by Twitch on June 11 after he and a cameraman began streaming from inside a men’s bathroom at the E3 conference. It was Beahm’s first IRL stream, where he broadcasted himself living life in the real world, and it turned out to be a disaster.
Beahm’s cameraman followed him into the restroom at the Los Angeles Convention Center. As tens of thousands watched along in real time, the cameraman caught images of people standing at urinals, a violation of the California penal code. Especially problematic was that one person in the bathroom might have been a minor.
Almost immediately, Beahm’s E3 credentials were revoked, and his Twitch channel was shuttered, presumably because he violated the community guidelines for breaking a local law, sexual content, or perhaps some kind of harassment. But now fans are wondering when he’ll return.
Clearly, his ban is more than seven days. But was the punishment for a two-week span? For a month? Or was it a permanent suspension?
Nobody seems to know.
Beahm, the 10th-most popular streamer on Twitch, hasn’t commented publicly on his ban. On Twitter, he’s tweeted about the NBA finals, and he posted a YouTube recap of his E3 experience, though he only casually made a reference to the bathroom incident at the end of the vlog.
Other than that, he’s stayed silent on his punishment. Redditors on the DrDisrespectLive subreddit are wondering where Beahm has been and when he’ll be back.

Beahm did not immediately respond to the Daily Dot’s request for comment. Twitch has told the Daily Dot that it does not comment on the punishment for individual users.
Some of his fans have speculated that he purposely got himself banned so he could take a break from streaming. Others are insulted that Beahm hasn’t said when he can return.
Either way, when Beahm finally is allowed to return to Twitch, thousands and thousands of people will be anxiously watching and celebrating.
