Actor Ted Danson is best known for his role as Sam Malone in Cheers, but lately he’s won hearts—and an Emmy—as Michael the Heaven architect in The Good Place. A new clip, apparently from The Good Place set, shows Danson attempting to floss dance in character, and it’s absolutely precious.
The wholesome video, which circulated on Twitter this week, captures Danson learning the very popular floss move from co-star William Jackson Harper (Chidi Anagonye). The dance requires moving your arms at a different pace than the rest of your body, so it’s understandable that Danson wouldn’t get it on the first try.
But the end result of two grown men concentrating on a trendy dance move that requires lots of coordination is ripe for witty Twitter commentary.
“My last 4 brain cells when i need to be productive,” one person wrote.

“Me at 2am,” another person offered as a caption.

Luckily, the video shows co-stars Kristen Bell and D’Arcy Carden also jumping in to offer flossing guidance.
Jameela Jamil, who plays Tahani Al-Jamil on The Good Place, tweeted a clip from a different angle and seemingly a little later, since by then Danson had the move pretty much down.
“No video in the world makes me happier than this one,” Jamil wrote.
