MAGA, of course, is an abbreviation of Make America Great Again, President Donald Trump’s famous slogan coined during the 2016 presidential campaign, now a hashtag and meme regularly pushed by his supporters to celebrate his policy decisions.

The targets of Wednesday’s domestic terror campaign are prominent critics and political rivals of Trump. His Democratic presidential election rival Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama and former CIA director John Brennan.

CNN, a news network often the target of the president’s angry tweets about the fake news media, received a suspected explosive device at its New York City studio addressed to Brennan.

Now, some Twitter users have decided that the unknown perpetrator of terror is a Trump supporter—dubbing them the MAGA bomber and blaming the president for “encouraging” terrorism.
