Gamers get countless benefits with an Amazon Prime account, and that’s not going away. But Prime gaming will be changing soon.
Starting August 28, when you pre-order a new game you will get a $10 Amazon promotional credit. This credit can be used on almost anything sold on Amazon, from other video games, or perhaps some Doritos and Mountain Dew to go with them. This new program will replace the current one, where Prime members get 20% off when they pre-order select titles.
However, any games pre-ordered before August 28 will still receive the 20% discount. So if you’ve been waiting to pick up some titles you missed, the time is now. For more information, check out all the info here.
