You’ll never guess what happens in the new Predator trailer! Okay, you probably will. A Predator comes to Earth, and a ragtag crew of gun-toting assholes have to fight it. This time we also have to face a super-sized mega Predator with upgraded DNA, rampaging through a suburban school.
Directed and co-written by Shane Black (Iron Man 3, Lethal Weapon), The Predator is a return to form after a couple of rather dubious Predator sequels. It looks like a high-octane adult action movie with plenty of practical effects over CGI, but more importantly, the cast list is great. Moonlight‘s Trevante Rhodes appears in his first blockbuster role, along with Room‘s child star Jacob Tremblay, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, and Olivia Munn.
The Predator comes out on September 14, slotting in between Predator 2 and Predators (2010) in the Predator franchise timeline.
