Every day, the Daily Dot finds something that people on Facebook are sharing and, in turn, shares it with you—with a little explanation. Here’s today’s share.

Ever want to complain about your movie theater experience—costs too much, bad sound quality, too many annoying ads—but feel like no one will listen?

Teenager Matt Pledger got pretty upset about the high cost and bad service at Odeon Cinemas, one of the largests movie theater chains in Europe. So he wrote an epic rant on Oden’s Facebook wall.

“Between us in the group we paid you over £45 so four of us could get the ‘cinema experience,’” he wrote. “Your little advert about piracy killing film was the final straw though.”

“If you want to see more people in your cinemas and actually put a dent in film piracy you should really try and cut your prices, hire decent staff and forget the 600% profit margins on your food and drink,” he added.

If clicking “like” signals an agreement, nearly 200,000 people agree with Pledger.

Since that rant, which was written on August 24 but is still being shared, Odeon’s Facebook account has been in damage control mode, fielding questions left and right from complaining users.

In response to the question “Tell us, what’s your favourite James Bond film ever?” users complained about their experience (“travelled 30 miles to watch Total Recall – the gentleman sitting in one of our seats wouldn’t move; no staff to usher & the manageress after the show simply had apologies”). When Odeon posted “Check out The Expendables 2 on the big screen!” users replied with complaints like “sick of paying those extorniate [sic] Odeon prices.”

For their part, the Odeon employees who run the Facebook page have addressed a number of users in the comments. “Phewwwww! It’s been a busy few days here on our Facebook page to say the least,” one of them wrote.
