WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been granted asylum in Ecuador, but he won’t make it to South America if the U.K.’s Foreign Orifice has anything to do with it.
Yes, you read that right. Orifice.
A fairly amusing Twitter parody account called @ForeignOrifice popped up in anticipation of Ecuador’s immunity decision Thursday morning. The real Foreign Office wants to extradite Assange to Sweden, where he’s a wanted man on rape allegations.
As the Daily Dot reported earlier, U.K. authorities threatened to enter the Ecuador embassy in London, where Assange has taken refuge since June, to take him into custody. The Foreign Orifice, on the other hand, would prefer to resolve the standoff with hugs.
