As multiple wildfires rage across Southern California this week, celebrities are evacuating their homes just like everyone else. The Santa Ana winds have carried flames from less densely populated parts of the county into neighborhoods in the heart of Los Angeles where people like Chrissy Teigen and Frankie Grande live, and the L.A. fire department has been strategically evacuating neighborhoods as the fire moves.

Deciding which essentials to pack amid all the evacuation frenzy seems to be a concern. For some, like Teigen, it’s drawing attention to how much junk they keep around the house. “So far all I have is [my daughter] Luna, some limited edition Oreos and my Spike TV award,” she joked.

For others, like former California first lady Maria Shriver, packing was a little more straightforward. “Grabbing what tugs at the heart. Everything else means nothing,” she tweeted.
