K-pop enthusiasts everywhere were thrilled Friday morning when BTS climbed to the top of the U.S. iTunes singles chart with the release of their new remixed track “MIC Drop.”
The single, which features Desiigner and was remixed by Steve Aoki, took the No. 1 spot in both the U.S. and in 40 other countries, just hours after its release. They are the first K-pop group to achieve this.
