The #ChooseKind Chrome extension is inspired by the movie Wonder that is coming to theaters soon. Wonder is based upon a New York Times bestseller about a boy born with facial differences. The boy learns to find the compassion and acceptance of those around him when he goes to the fifth grade as his first time in school. This extension was released this week in light of the Friday movie premiere.

“Ever wonder what the internet would be like if all the posts and comments were kind and positive?” reads on the #ChooseKind website. “Change the way you see the web by replacing toxic comments with positive and uplifting words.”

The extension can be added for free to Google Chrome. After signing into a Google account, it can be turned on and off with a simple click. #ChooseKind allows for three filtering options: kind, kinder, and kindest.
