Veep star Julia Louis-Dreyfus finished her third round of chemotherapy for breast cancer on Thursday, and two of her castmates knew the perfect way to get her psyched.
Sam Richardson and Matt Walsh, who play Richard and Mike on the show, sent the comedy legend a quick video to pump her up for her treatment. In it, they workshop inspirational quotes for their buddy, only to find that the current news cycle… makes that task kind of difficult:

Louis-Dreyfus apparently loved the message, because she shared it with Twitter Thursday, admitting: “It worked! I’m psyched AF.”
The nine-time Emmy winner announced her diagnosis in late September and seized the opportunity at the time to advocate for universal healthcare for all Americans.
