The Morning GIF: Tuesday, January 3

Here at the Daily Dot, we have an unofficial tradition of sharing GIF images with each other every morning. Now we’re looping you into the circle. In the Morning GIF, we feature a popular—or just plain cool—GIF we found on Reddit, Canvas, or elsewhere on the Internet.

This morning we present two animated GIFs of a cat theme: The first shows a slick, idealized version of cat combat, taken from a 2008 Toyota Corolla commercial.

The second shows the sick, horrifying, and almost pornographic reality of what happens when cats clash. We present these for the sake of science. Enjoy!
