Turns out Hillary Clinton has a preferred meme—and, yep, it’s a feminist one.
At the Women in the World Summit in New York, the former secretary of state confirmed that her favorite meme features a group of dogs at a board meeting with the caption, “Meanwhile, at today’s meeting on feline healthcare…” The original photo was shot by Brian Eckert, but the meme was invented by Justin Shanes, a man who can now claim he officially made Hillary Clinton laugh the most on the internet.

The “feline healthcare” meme is a pretty relevant one. Of course, it’s referencing an ongoing trend in politics in which a room full of male politicians sign legislature and health care regulations that dictate what women can do with their bodies—like accessing birth control and abortion. Most notably, the meme grew in popularity after the Trump administration attempted to pass a new health care reform bill, better known as “Trumpcare,” which would have, among other things, stripped Medicaid access to women’s healthcare clinics and cut breast cancer screenings and maternity care.
