The Baltimore police department on Wednesday arrested a 36-year-old man with a loaded handgun after a traffic stop, and after the officers detained him, they took him to jail.
Then, the police department posted a photo of the gun to Facebook. And the internet took it from there.

Does that look like a normal gun that we regularly see in the 21st century? No, it does not. It looks like a weapon from a bygone era when men wore muttonchops and when the country was on the verge of a civil war. Facebook commenters almost instantly made this photo a star.
