In fact, the Senate on Thursday confirmed former neurosurgeon and 2016 Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson as HUD secretary.

Spicer has a complicated history with technology. In January, the press secretary appeared to tweet his password to the world—twice. And last month, the internet discovered that he had a public Venmo account, which resulted in unnumbered people asking him for money.
