‘The Daily Show’ created a browser extension that turns Trump’s tweets into childish scribbles

Tweets drawn in crayon are so much less triggering.

An almost unnecessary amount of time has been spent discussing the contrasting Twitter styles of Barack Obama and Donald Trump

Obama’s was much more reserved and calculated, while Trump tweets without restraint, ignoring typos and spacing issues while firing off missives.

Many consider it unpresidential. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. Everyone—including the president—is free to use Twitter exactly as they please.

But count The Daily Show in the group that believes the president’s tweeting is childish.

To that end, it’s created a browser extension that gives Trump’s tweets the scrawling lettering of an 8-year-old.

The Daily Show has created an entire website dedicated to the effort. You can download the extension at MakeTrumpsTweetsEightAgain.com

Whether that makes them more palatable, well, you’ll just have to find out.
