Is your man totally delinquent about folding his clothes? Are his drawers just a hot mess? Is his lack of laundry etiquette driving a wedge between the two of you? Fear not, woman: A new product called ThreadStax is here to restore your domestic bliss.

“My girlfriend was always on my case about not folding laundry and keeping my closet and dresser tidy,” ThreadStax creator Scott Kosmach wrote in an email to the Daily Dot. “As a man I’d rather have the right tools and do things efficiently rather than spend tedious hours re-organizing every weekend. That is why I invented ThreadStax.”

I know my lady friends and I love a good weekend spent knee-deep in crumpled laundry, trying to figure out where it all went wrong. This makes complete sense.

Despite the fact that the product was inspired by Kosmach’s inability to do something as simple as folding clothing, the promotional video features a woman huffing and puffing around her massive walk-in closet, trying to figure out how to make sense of the mess (and her relationship, presumably.)

This life-changing product combines magnets, slides, brackets, nuts, bolts, and some good old-fashioned sexism to create the perfect product for a tidy closet—and a tidy relationship. On Kickstarter, Kosmach’s wonder product is described as such:

Utilizing the power of magnets ThreadStax keeps your closet and drawers looking sharp and easy to navigate. Just enough magnetism to keep the stack in place, while allowing you to flip through and select your clothes with a gentle tug. Air vents allow clothes to breathe, and spacers not only provide support to the stack, but keep delicate items from being crushed underneath your other items.

You know who else needs a gentle tug? Your boyfriend, who is constantly messing up your closet—and your life.

And ThreadStax is so much more than just an organizing tool: It can help you pick out the perfect outfit in the flip of a slide. (Which is more than you can say about your boyfriend, who insists that cargo shorts embody fashion and function.)

In the end, the joke’s on us: The product has already surpassed its initial fundraising goal of $50,000. More than 400 backers believe in its power, and have come together to raise $65,000.

Launching in May, womenfolk only have six months left of nagging their pathetic partners about messy laundry. Make the most of it, ladies.
