Sure, you can actually do yoga in these clothes. But they can also make you look like a person who is about to go to yoga, or has just come from yoga, or may break into a killer pigeon pose at any moment.

Is the habit of wearing Lululemon outside of the gym becoming a problem for women? Australian improv group SkitBox addresses this complex social issue with a catchy new song, “Activewear.”

Things you can do in your activewear? Show off your baby, smoke a cigarette, or even buy more activewear. SkitBox presents this as an Australian problem, but anyone who has seen a group of friends getting drinks in yoga pants—or a gaggle of boys in basketball shorts nowhere near a court—knows that this isn’t a regional or gendered phenomenon.

Of course, some people don’t understand what the big deal is, while others appreciate the trend for, well, different reasons.

The debate over when activewear is appropriate continues, but one fact remains—it is comfy as hell.
