Hillary Clinton has released a powerful campaign ad in the wake of leaked audio footage depicting Republican nominee Donald Trump.

On Friday, the Washington Post published a story containing audio from a 2005 appearance Trump made on Access Hollywood. Host Billy Bush and Trump speak lewdly about women. Needless to say, Clinton is not letting this slip by. The Democratic nominee quickly released a video contradicting Trump’s assertion in his non-apology that the footage was just “locker room talk” and called on female voters everywhere to rally against him.

The nearly 81-second ad includes portions of that audio as well as clip after clip of offensive statements Trump has made, including the controversial moment during a May town hall in which the presidential hopeful called for women seeking abortions to be punished. (Trump later walked back that stance.) Nestled in between his sexist, degrading, and ultimately damaging statements was cameo audio from Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence.

Pence infamously proclaimed in July that Roe vs. Wade, the 1973 court decision that effectively legalized abortion in the U.S., should be “consigned to the ash heap of history where it belongs.” The soundbite has continued to dog him and was brought up during the lone vice presidential debate on Tuesday. Though it’s widely known that Trump has said copious offensive statements, it now appears that his words have come back to haunt him—and may upend his entire campaign.

“Mr. Trump,” Clinton concludes in her video, “women are going to be the reason you’re not elected to be president.”
