If you’re not watching Transparent yet, Amazon just made it easier for you to start.
The streaming giant has uploaded the pilot episodes of 10 of its original series to both its Facebook page and its YouTube channel in an attempt to access new viewers. The pilots have been free for anyone to watch on Amazon.com for some time, but the company is experimenting with the social networks as a route that might feel more approachable.

Amazon has given viewers a chance to see a wide spread of what it offers genre-wise with a special emphasis on family-friendly programming. In addition to Transparent, it’s also uploaded dramas like Bosch and The Man in the High Castle, and comedies like Mozart in the Jungle and Red Oaks. But children’s programming leads them all with the most available pilots, including Annedroids, Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street, Just Add Magic, Tumble Leaf, and Wishenpoof!
If viewers like what they see, they have the option to watch the full series either as Amazon Prime members ($99 per year, includes free shipping on millions of Amazon products), or by subscribing to the standalone Prime Video plan for $8.99 per month.
