Out of all the features iPhone owners have been begging for since the first Apple smartphone launched in 2007, the inability to delete built-in iOS apps has been the most frustrating. On Monday, we finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel, as Apple revealed that iOS 10 will allow us to delete those stock apps at long last.

In a new support document on Apple’s website, the company has listed all the default apps that you’ll be able to delete once you get your hands on iOS 10:

  • Calculator
  • Calendar
  • Compass
  • Contacts
  • FaceTime
  • Find My Friends
  • Home
  • iBooks
  • iCloud Drive
  • iTunes Store
  • Mail
  • Maps
  • Music
  • News
  • Notes
  • Podcasts
  • Reminders
  • Stocks
  • Tips
  • Videos
  • Voice Memos
  • Watch app
  • Weather

As Apple explains on its site, deleting some of these apps comes with unique consequences. For example, if you delete the Contacts app, you’ll still be able to browse your contacts from within the Phone app, and if you remove the Music app, you’ll lose the ability to play music from CarPlay.

Of course, should you be struck with a twinge of regret after dispatching any of these apps, you’ll always be able to re-download them from the App Store for free.

If you’re opting in to the iOS 10 public beta, you’ll be the first to get your hands on the new functionality, while the rest of the iPhone-owning populous will have to wait until iOS 10 launches in the fall.
