Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog, a creation of puppeteer Robert Smigel, had some must-watch election coverage, like when he hit the Republican National Convention. Now, with a new administration taking office, he’s returned.

The sharp-tongued mutt, who always says it as he sees it, attended President Donald Trump’s inauguration on Friday and took no prisoners.

“Yes, today Donald Trump will be sworn in and on Monday he will move into the White House, continuing his long tradition of evicting black families,” Triumph’s report begins.

In the clip, shown on Monday’s Conan, Triumph mercilessly roasts Trump. Although as the ceremony passes, the pup commends the President for his “powerful speech,” particularly the “reverent nod to FDR… when he said all we have to fear is fear itself, and Muslims, and Mexicans, most of the Middle East, all of Africa except South Africa, BuzzFeed, Access Hollywood, chemtrails, lizard people, undercover cops posing as hookers, undercover dudes posing a lady hookers, snakes, Saturday Night Live and backstabbing Bruce Springsteen cover bands.”

The dog on the ground also attacks the attending crowds with his usual blend of caustic observations and risque antics.

“If a Walmart could vomit this is what it would look like. It’s like a pickup joint for seniors. Last time I saw this much white hair, Madonna was getting out of a limo without panties,” the pup jokes, chasing down Trump supporters to offer ‘upgrade’ passes to the “anti-Semitic section” for a good price and his own red hat merchandise, only to discover a large contingent of the crowd are big Betty White fans.
