In the age of recording and streaming, the Super Bowl is no longer a “once in a lifetime” event. But, it would be messed up to miss it live if you’re an Eagles or Patriots fan. Just take this woman named Haley who really thought she had slept through the game after coming out of her wisdom teeth surgery.
In a three-minute video courtesy of Haley’s loving mother, we watch the dental patient think she doesn’t have a chin, then panic when she thinks she missed the Super Bowl, then cry thinking about how the Eagles don’t know she’s rooting for them.
Near the end of the video, once Haley realizes how emotional she’s getting and feels the tears on her face, she deadpans, “Mom, there’s water coming out of my eyes. I’m gonna drown!”
Yeah… better go ahead and set the DVR just in case.
