A new viral video shows a plainclothes New York City police officer launching into an aggressive and xenophobic tirade against an Uber driver, allegedly because the driver told the cop to use his blinker.
As a cherry on top, the cop punches the Uber car, which the driver can hardly believe. Then he continues his yelling rant, which has prompted the NYPD to launch an internal investigation, the New York Daily News reports.

The passenger in the car recorded the stop and offered the video to the Uber driver in case he needed it in a legal defense.
As one of the passengers tells the driver, “It’s not your fault; this guy’s just a dick.”
